Museli bowl


Mix together all of the ingredients and store in a large plastic container to store. Serve with milk, yoghurt or fruit.

I usually leave my muesli to soak for 30 minutes while I’m in the shower, then mix in some chopped banana. Nuts and seeds are a great source of zinc. White marks on you nails are a sign of zinc deficiency.


  • large rolled porridge oats
  • hazelnuts and almonds (whole with skins)
  • seeds: pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed
  • raisins and cranberries
