Crudities and Guacamole


Mash the avacados well. Mix in all the other ingredients. Season with some freshly ground black pepper and fresh coriander or parsley.

Avacados contain monounsaturated oils. These healthy fats can help reduce harmful cholesterol levels
  • 4 small ripe avacados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh coriander or parsley
  • sliced carrots and peppers for dipping
